You should be able to get it at any Japanese grocery store - is there still one on Kenny Rd? Delicious stuff, but watch out for the caffeine level! Way stronger than a cup of green tea as yiu've known it. I dion't know what Starbucks' tastes like but matcha powder typically tastes vibrantly green. I can see how it could go great with strawberries!
Ok, just discovered matcha green tea powder. In a Starbucks strawberry smoothie. Good lord, where has this been all my life?!?!?!?

Yeah it is more of a swirly pink and green smoothie with the matcha in it, delicious!!
